Neelagiri Maha seya is built by King Kawanthissa (BC) and it is one of biggest dagaba in sri lanka. As per believe its similar to Thissa maharama dagaba, but currently its covered by the thick Jungle. Restructuring process has been planned, Not accessible for the General Public yet.

    pls upload the full picture. cant get a idea about the size of the stupa
